POS System
Senior UX Designer
Recognizing the need for a POS (Point of sale) system to cater to their esteemed customers, a food ordering company enlisted our expertise to create the design of their MVP. Their primary objective was to design the minimum viable product (MVP) version of the system, I collaborated closely with the design team to develop a new version of the POS System.

Research Phase
In the research phase, we initiated user interviews with store employees and managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their pain points and requirements. Additionally, we conducted a competitive analysis to assess the point-of-sale (POS) systems used by competitors, identifying key areas for enhancement.
Design and Prototyping
Moving on to the design and prototyping stage, we undertook the task of reorganizing the system's menu and navigation to prioritize frequently used features.
Simultaneously, we meticulously crafted a responsive interface tailored to tablets and mobile devices, ensuring seamless usability across various screen sizes.
Validation
Finally, in the validation phase, we conducted user testing sessions with store employees, actively integrating their valuable feedback into the design. We consistently gathered and evaluated this feedback to implement necessary design improvements.
